I paid for my order, but when something was missing, the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude and dismissive instead of helping me. When I tried to explain the issue politely, I was treated as if I was lying. That is completely unacceptable. I reached out to Dunkin’s corporate office, and although they apologized and offered a $5 gift card, no real action was taken regarding the disrespectful behavior of their staff. A simple gift card doesn’t fix a serious customer service problem. This location clearly lacks proper management and training on how to treat paying customers with respect. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ and hope others think twice before visiting until they make serious improvements.
