- EPEllie PearlJul 18, 20251.0Just had the most unnecessary encounter at this location. Boyfriend and I ordered a small blizzard, large smoothie, and pretzel sticks. Upon waiting for the smoothie, we realized they had forgotten it and cleared the order. We asked about the smoothie, and they handed us the wrong one, no big deal. We asked to have it remade in the correct size, and instead of simply apologizing and correcting it, they chose to go back through all the orders several times and claim we never ordered one. It's a simple fix and not something to argue with a customer about - smoothie was remade, but the attitude of the two employees made it a sour experience. Coming from someone who has worked at a DQ and has years of customer service experience, this is not the way to treat your customers. A simple greeting and handing the customer their receipt in case an issue occurs goes a long way. Employees need some better training as there was no long line, no attitude from us, and no reason to act so unfriendly. Will not be returning to this location in the future.
