Portioning is TERRIBLE and I'm not usually one to complain about that Woman who took my order asked me everything I wanted on it upfront and forgot half of it and had to go back to add it Dunno. Skip this one

One thing I do have a problem with is being disrespectful to the older gentleman working behind the register. I’ve been here many times in the past few months and it’s normally the same older man behind the register. I’ve watched numerous employees here act like it’s an inconvenience to repeat themselves, roll their eyes behind his back (literally) and raise their voice at him. Sorry, but with that many people in the building I’d find it hard to hear too. Especially while there’s a line of 20+ people. It’s not that hard to repeat yourself in a kind tone. He is also the one of the only employees who is kind and respectful, many of the other employees are not. Give this man a raise and teach your employees to do better.

She is deciding what to get with another employee and says, loudly and with zero awareness of her surroundings, “the carnitas are too spicy and I won’t get the chicken, I do not trust how it was cooked”. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?!? And if that wasn’t bad enough, when I ask the cashier for two bags of chips that are literally right in front of me, she refuses to sell me them to me because they are for “online orders only”. Literally go ANYWHERE else. This place is HORRIBLE and probably going to make you sick based on what I heard tonight straight from an employee.
