I spent the next 10 minutes waiting on my plain cup of coffee listening to this lady tell any other employee her plight. It sounds like there was a medical emergency earlier in the day at this location which would throw anyone off who isn’t a healthcare provider. But to spend 10 minutes harping about the rude customer while other customers can hear you is unprofessional. Save that for the break room or your group chat.
