  First told waitress they was some sort of food partical in my pop. She didnt take the cup so I asked for water well the cup had black particals in it and something floating in it at the bottom. I got a wrap with ranch and she brought me the buffalo chicken with ranch instead. Not once did I ask for a buffalo one. And it did not state it had buffalo in it. Worst experience ever. I will never go back there. I didnt even want to do 1 star

  We had a party if 9. 3 adults and 6 kids. Service sucked. We waited over 10 min for a server to ask for drinks. He took our order plus drinks, waited again for over min for drinks. They delivered food but one meal at a time. The kids waited for over 30 min for their food. Just a bad experience. 👎 The manager comped some of the meal. But unfortunately I will not be going to this location again. They expect tips, and coming to table multiple times to collect for tip, we did not tip well. We usually tip over 20%.

  One of the worst experiences my family and I ever experienced at a restaurant. From the beginning as we were being seated the hostess made very disrespectful age discrimination comments towards all of us. As our waitress approached our table, she did the same thing thinking it was funny. We were already uncomfortable at this point. 5 min after we placed our order, one of our orders arrived and the rest of the table had to wait 25 min for everyone else’s to arrive. The food was dry and cold. The burger we ordered had raw uncooked bacon on it. I recommend not giving this Buffalo Wild Wings and business at all.

  Oh boy, did I have quite the experience. I ordered 15 boneless wings tossed in honey bbq. What showed up was not honey bbq. I ate a peice of chicken and started sweating. I thought, man this is some spicy bbq. Of course, it was not bbq, but manga habanaro. I asked our server if they could take it back because the sauce was very clearly not honey bbq, the sauce was way to spicy. She looked at me and said "our honey bbq is a little spicy," like, what... umm I should not be sweating. My friends started messing with me saying that I was weak for not being able to handle bbq, so I told them to try. They were happy to try, and they didn't last long. Red faces, coughing, sweating, crying, it was not good. Once the waitress came back I told her once again that each of us could not handle the "honey bbq," and she decided to double-down and give us a cup of sweet bbq and honey bbq, which was still mango habanaro. Needless to say she did not try the sauce. Luckily, she brought me some sweet bbq, but I never got what I asked for. Very disapointed with the experience, bad waitress, also paying was slow.

  You can definitely find a place nearby that serves better wings and provides better service. Of our 4 meals, 2 (wings) came out in about 2 minutes, mine (also wings) came out in maybe 10 minutes, and then the 4th meal (a chicken cheesesteak) took around 30 minutes. Our server was very apologetic for the wait, but pushed blame onto the kitchen staff, saying that the cook was new and didn't know how to properly time out the meals. We were joking that they must have had to run to the store to get the ingredients because they didnt expect anyone to order somethin other than wings (btw this is after being told they didn't have the steak cheesesteak available). It became less of a joke as we kept waiting. The wings were subpar even by BWW standards and the chicken cheesesteak sandwich only had one small strip of cheese on it. While I'm complaining, I might as well mention that the TVs were pretty loud, to the point where holding a normal conversation was made difficult. The noise level usually wouldn't be that unexpected in a sports bar like BWW, but it wasn't even that crowded, the TVs were just turned up that much. Heed the warnings of the other reviews and find a local family-owned place to support instead.
