  I’ve visited this location a few times before and usually had an okay experience, but my visit today was really disappointing. The glazed donut didn’t taste fresh and was honestly not enjoyable. On top of that, the tables didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, and it was hard to find a clean place to sit. I know this location can do better based on past visits, so I hope they improve the food quality and keep the seating area cleaner.

  As both a customer and a business owner, I wanted to share some honest feedback. The way staff interact with customers has a direct impact on the success of any establishment, and unfortunately, my experiences here have felt inconsistent. (I’m sure others can agree). Staff often appear distracted or engaged in side conversations while serving customers, which comes across as unwelcoming. Additionally, I’ve repeatedly received bagels that are not warm, which should be a basic expectation. Hiring the right people and ensuring they are properly trained is critical. Without that, it becomes difficult to maintain a positive customer experience. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback to help improve the business.

  Very friendly and order was right. All was a Great experience. Ordered online the night before.

  The employee sighed when I ordered a dozen doughnuts just disrespectful why? Food is great!!!!!!
