  Customer service was friendly and I got my ice cream quickly. Even though they were closing in 40 minutes they were very helpful and willing.

  Bad customer service I bought something and the sugar cookie tasted very old and I asked for a switch out or a refund and she refused to give me a refund or to switch my item out an old Indian woman

  Arrived at 6:59pm a minute before close and they offered to help us and another customer after us which i appreciated a lot. but the way the older woman was talking to one of the younger girls that she was clearly training was absurd. the younger girl was asking her what kind of cheese is on the chili dog because her customer was wondering, the older women told her “IDK i’m doing something, that’s for you to figure out” so the younger girl says to her customer, “I think it’s shredded american cheese” to which the older woman responds “No it’s shredded cheddar, ok?” like why can you have the decency to help her in the first place? having the girl guess what it is in front of the customer was super unprofessional. and how do you expect someone to learn if you can’t take the time? they have a sign up saying “everyone is short staffed” followed by something else but you can’t question why this certain location is short staffed when you’re training someone and you treat them like this you can’t expect your employees to want to stick around.
