  The staff at this store make simple orders seem complicated. They act like you are speaking klingon or something. The coffee is often overheld and bitter. The man who served me today was rude, snatching my card from my hand instead of presenting me with the tap function. I noticed he was visibly shaking, so I asked if he was OK. And in reply he said back to me, in a fake and sarcastic tone, "i hope YOU'RE ok" and slammed the window shut. I returned today as it is the most convenient option for me when I do not brew at home. The order taking was a little better, but the coffee itself tasted extremely over-held again. Very bitter, as if it was 2 hours or more old. What i dont understand is why the bitter, over-held coffee thing is so common. Do the employees not drink coffee? Do some folks just think all coffee tastes this way, acidic and bitter? Please instruct staff to serve FRESH coffee. Yes, I will be emailing. Thank you for replying.
