I don’t even know where to start—this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
First off, it took forever just to get seated, even though the place wasn’t that busy. Once we finally sat down, we waited another eternity before anyone even acknowledged us. Our server looked like they’d rather be anywhere else, and honestly, I wish we had been too.
The food? Absolutely disappointing. The wings were barely warm, soggy, and somehow both overcooked and under-seasoned at the same time. I ordered a spicy sauce and got something that tasted like watered-down ketchup with a hint of regret. The fries were limp and greasy, like they’d been sitting out since yesterday.
And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. The table was sticky, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, and the bathroom… yeah, I regret even going in there.
To top it all off, the bill was way too high for what we got. Paying that much for cold food and terrible service feels like a joke—except no one was laughing.
Honestly, I wouldn’t come back here even if the food was free. Total waste of time and money.

My 16 yr old son and his two other friends were turned down for lunch today, April 2nd, 2026, around 1 o'clock pm at the Buffalo Wild Wings Roseville location because they didn't have any adult supervision to be able to dine in. It wasn't like it was a group of rowdy teenage boys or that they wanted to sit at the bar. I feel they were discriminated by their age. It's not like they were coming in after late hours and needed adult supervision. They were told to order to-go so they did that instead. This is very upsetting because they shouldn't have been discriminated like this.
I talked to the manager, Nicole and she claims this is only temporarily and will be lifted soon, or so she says, and said that there was an incident that happened at another location, not even the Roseville one, that she couldn't get into the details but she said "it involved managers getting injured". I should've asked which location to see if her claim is truth but I didn't. She said other locations were doing this as well, she mentioned Blaine as one of them.
I wanted to confirm her claim so I called the Blaine location and talked to the assistant manager, Jonathan. He said they do not turn anyone down and never ask for their age. They will be kicked out if the teenagers were rowdy. He was unaware of this claim.
I understand that if this were location by location but Nicole grouped a few locations together and claimed they were all doing this as well. If this weren't true and they were just discriminating teenagers, this is very wrong. This is not the establishment to be going to if this specific location is discriminating against teenagers.
Their to-go order number: #10006

Not one to complain, but this Buffalo Wild Wings location needs serious attention. More staff than customers, yet poor service. Bathrooms were dirty, and employees were more focused on watching basketball than helping guests. Walked past multiple employees on the way out with no type of acknowledgment at all. Management needs to step it up.

It's strange it looks like racism we were 15 minutes and no one ever showed up to offer drinks ... and I say racism because I'm Latino but other people arrived and they quickly gave them service ... I won't go back and I'll never remember this place to eat
Note: there weren't many people for that to be their justification

Our friend group has been coming to this particular BWW for 7 years to watch sporting events. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this BWW for any future events. We will not be returning because of:
1. Extremely Slow Service - it took anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes for a drink order and 20 minutes to 1 hour for a food order.
2. Neglectful Service - we had to ask a different server for cutlery and napkins (none were given), a second straw (one was given for two people), and had to remind our server about orders. Upon reminding our server about a delayed drink order we were informed it was “probably because we are so busy. That’s why our manager is working at the bar right now also because it is so busy.” It was not busy. We have been going there for 7 years. We know what “so busy” versus “staff are ignoring their jobs” looks like.
3. Cold Food - upon immediate arrival we ordered 6 chicken wings. They were served approximately 30 minutes later cold. They were not warm. They were not warm in the middle. They were cold.
4. Cold Food a Second Time - an hour or so after arriving we ordered 20 chicken wings. They were served 45 minutes later also cold. But these 20 showed improvement by being above refrigerator temperatures.
5. Incompetent Management - after speaking to our server about the issues mentioned above (and more that are too lengthy to write about), I asked about the manager. Our server mentioned the manager had started at this location a few months ago. I asked where he was. The server pointed to a man sitting in a booth surrounded by 3 other waitresses. The manager—who had to assist at the bar because of how busy things were—did not appear to be discussing managerial things. He was actually watching TV like the rest of us; but the rest of us were not on the clock so it was an odd sight.
Note:
We have been here at times where it is far, far busier and service was far, far better. The server told us the drinks were delayed because of an unavoidable problem with the keg. The server then told us our food was cold because it was delayed by an unavoidable problem in the kitchen. We sat 20 feet from the bar and 10 feet from where the servers congregated and despite the claimed level of busyness, there was ample time to chat.
Additionally, the bartender present on this occasion was present on a past visit. On the past visit, the bartender very clearly overserved alcohol to a guest. This was evidenced by a loud argument, a minor scuffle, and an undoubtedly HAMMERED guest ending up on the floor. We were in earshot while the bartender described the excitement to his other co-workers. The bartender claimed “that person must be such a lightweight because I didn’t serve him any more than the rest of the people he was with.” Either the bartender’s statement was a clear attempt to save face or the guest who was on the floor has an incredibly unique metabolism.
This location is in serious need of competent training and new management.
