  Not going here anymore after 14 years of patronage. I generally visit between 12:00pm-8:00pm 1-3x per week. It used to be more often until the French fry issue that started within the past 1-1.5 years (late 2024/early 2025). They began consistently filling fry containers half full and continue to do so. About 90% of the time I get food here it happens. In early 2026 they either stopped cooking the fries at the correct oil temp, or something in the fry recipe changed. Even when I get my half-filled container of hot fries, the fries are always mushy. The consistency and flavor is different than they used to be prior to 2026. The Big Mac bun also changed in 2026, it’s extremely sweet and unappetizing now. The fry thing really bothers me because it’s a consistent issue and their fries are my favorite food. I’m always having to go inside and ask them to properly fill my fry container after going through the drive through. I’m to the point where I won’t be going to this location anymore.

  I tried to order at the counter, but nobody took my order, so I went through the drive thru, and the order taker was terrible. She wouldn't let me finish my order as every time I tried to add something, she wouldn't listen. She kept rushing me and giving me my total and telling me to pull up to the window when I wasn't finished ordering, and she wouldn't listen to me. I tried to tell them at the first window that they hadn't finished my order, and they told me to go up to the next one, and when I tried to ask them to change my order to what I wanted, they added the item I wanted but they didn't give it to me how I wanted it. The service was absolutely terrible, the drive thru was inefficient and my order wasn't fulfilled by the end. Horrible customer service and management clearly just wasn't doing enough to fix it. Definitely never going to this McDonalds ever again, easily the worst one I've ever been to.

  This location used to be pretty good, but almost always end up waiting at a parking spot at the drive thru these days

  Bring a translator! Had to ask for a manager to translate just to order a soda!
