  I don't eat sandwiches normally but we were in a hurry and decided to stop here for one and be on our way. We walk in the door and the kid behind the counter says its over 30 minutes for a sandwich I thought Jimmy Johns was supposed to be fast? 30 minutes for a cold sandwich on some bread? I would be looking for a new manager so a business can actually run efficiently. Needless to say Jimmy Johns pretty much lost my business as there is better food for the same price and much faster.

  Food is just as good as any other Jimmy John's location and still my preferred sub. However the customer service at this location has been a let down more than it hasn't.
