So Rude! How many times does the "Arby's Owner" need to say "Im very sorry for your experience, please tell me more " before something is done about this location. As a 42 old woman, I have never been so insulted in a customer service situation in my life. I work in customer service, if I ever treated a customer this way, I would lose my job immediately. Is there not a camera in this store to view and listen to the way I was spoken to after simply asking for some extra mayo packets for the 6 sandwiches that I ordered for my family. I was told by the lady cutting meat "Everyone nowadays thinks they're a bunch of princesses and people don't know how to order online.." And after I told her she was being rude, And I am a customer. She straight up, told me "actually, you are not my customer. You're just an online person...and you don't know how to take a joke." And proceeded to call me a princess again. Holy crap! I walked in with a smile wearing camo after spending an hour in below zero temperature working on my car with my boys, FAR far from a princess lady! My sons waiting in the car after seeing me upset were so appalled by her behavior that they went into the store to ask for management, and she said that she is management and " doesn't your mom know how to take a joke." This was not a joke This was an insult and to get out of the store. This manager needs to be fired Immediately. The worker behind her seemed to feel very embarrassed and apologetic to me, he actually apologized for her.. I can't believe this happened to me. I have never, in all my years done a review. This is my first time, and it is because I am so upset. I have a feeling that the "Arby's owner" doesn't care.. And they're going to do nothing about this Anyways.. Employees need to be trained to greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude. You never know what people are going through that could be the only smile that they get that day. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and grace. If this lady is extremely annoyed with giving good customer service and being nice to people. She should not be in customer service.

My mom went in to pickup an online order, then she asked for, and I quote "a handful of mayo packets" and the assistant manager behind the desk (older woman, looks to be in her 50s to 60s) said "oh i dont know about a hanfdful, gosh, these people doing online orders dont know how to place their orders" my mother told her she ordered six sandwiches, and she responded with "we aren't all princesses are we?" Because she asked for a handful of mayo? When my mother told her she was being unnecessarily rude and she was a customer they just responded with "oh it was just a joke, you aren't a customer anyways" Breaking news, people who order food are no longer customers. Wether it was meant to be a "joke" or not this is very inappropriate behavior for someone working in customer service. There was a coworker behind her who apologized for her behavior, and he was very nice and helpful. Luckily the food was good.

I like Arby’s. And I would like to order here. However the last two times I’ve stood at the register no one will take my order. Today even after it was pointed out to the employee she just looked at me and walked away. Good thing BK is right there. They will take your order.
