  I visited this location after my 'go to location did not have the shrimp poppers. I was super eager to try them again after all these years, I used to be OBSESSED and would get them multiple times a week after school in the past. Boy, was I disappointed! We ordered, pulled forward to the window and got our drinks and desserts and was told to pull forward to wait for the rest of our food, which we did without complaints but we waited over 15 minutes for our food! That is just absurd to me as it didnt seem like they were very busy or anything. They ended up forgetting several of our items and not even adding fries to one of the meal deals we received, never got our sundae ticket to use at a later time and the portions were just CRAZY small for something that cost $11 an order. My overall tab ran us about $50 and I was upset at the wait time and lack of customer service whatsoever so I asked to speak to a manager who was polite but absolutely refused my request for a refund. The poppers were overcooked, the portions were small, they didnt give me my receipt or offer any kind of apology for the wait or poor service. I don't know whether it is just this location but when I go to Farmington, they always hook it up when it comes to portions on fries and chicken tenders, I will be eager to try their shrimp baskets next. Oh and their Moolatte's used to be my other obsession, i just love the flavor of coffee but this tasted like a vanilla shake with caramel in it?? Oh and I never got my kids sundae ticket. ETA: DQ Fan Relations or whatever, I do not know how to respond to you but that link you provided is useless as it does not direct me with a way to contact?? I am not sure what to do.

  My birthday was yesterday, I really had a hankering for a peanut buster parfait but I live a ways away so it wouldn't travel well. As the restaurant was completely devoid of customers at noon, and being 52 and having too much self-respect than to sit down and eat a dessert at a dairy Queen alone, I decided to turn around and go home where I knew there was a Ben & Jerry's Americone pint. I feel sick. I feel sick and disgusted at what our society has become. It's awful people can't go out and get ice cream treats. I'm a substitute teacher and have to watch my money. At this point in my life, I eat out about twice a year and that is when someone invites me to eat out & to pay (birthdays). Lol I find great comfort in preparing all my own meals.

  Just read the reviews and believe them. Every time I make the mistake of trying them again, I'm reminded just how bad this location is. So slow, and they seem inconvenienced that someone would dare bother them with an order. 5 stars for the empty parking lot though... I use that while eating my McDonalds from next door :D
