  Each time I come here the portions are subpar compared to other locations like the one in Apple Valley. Rarely extra portions are followed if ever, especially with mobile orders/ delivery. The staff are rude sometimes as well. The bowls are usually shuffled and end up missing a quarter-to-third size ratio. One time when I ordered a burrito, it was sopping, wet and dripped through the foil wrapping, inedible. That specific order was the worst thing I've ever bought taken out, to be completely honest.

  skimps heavily on food and also tends to forget or incorrectly make a order. Have been here many times snd it continues to happen.

  Portions are always inconsistent. Today my bowl and burrito were both small than normal. When they pack the bowl, the lid is never completely shut so it’s always crappy finding food in the bag that fell out of the bowl that’s already portioned small. Only reason this location is in business is probably because there’s no food options in Rosemount.

  Health inspector must be getting a cash bonus not to visit this establishment. We will definitely look into why the city allows this health violation to remain open.

  I would definitely rate this Chipotle one star. The employees are extremely rude. When I ask simple questions like what the meat in the back is, they respond with attitude or don’t answer at all. I also find it quite unhygienic when they throw the spoons back into their containers so forcefully that food splatters on the food guard or other containers. Having worked in customer service for many years, I believe they need significant improvement.
