  Came in tonight they informed us there was no roast beef we were going to leave but decided we would just get something else so I ordered th gyro no veggies with a little extra sauce but what I got was a falling apart super soaked gyro with a little bit of meat that was ice cold and our buffalo sliders had been drenched in buffalo sauce as well pretty disappointed for how much we paid i always go to this Arby's dont usually have a problem but tonight was bogus

  I went inside to eat a penny iron multiple times before anytime I get a sandwich. The sandwich is never hot. If I get a roast beef sandwich it's warm. If that if I get a hot him and swiss the cheese is never melted. It's barely hot. The only thing that I get that is hot or warm. Just mozzarella sticks. The fries are possibly warm

  This place is an absolute nightmare anytime it gets busy. The old white lady that seems to be running the show loses all composure and just talks and acts to customers however she wants. Oh so sorry to inconvenience you! Somehow this place has turned making sandwiches into rocket science. Ill keep coming back when I have a hankering for a roast beef sammy but man its a pain in the neck getting it.
