- MNMadelynn NelsonNov 20, 20251.0I went back to the same Dairy Queen, and I pretty much regret it. The employees really need to learn how to use the kiosk and to call out actual order numbers so things don’t get mixed up. I would also appreciate it if the cook in the back wasn’t constantly chewing and eating. When you see someone chewing back there, it’s obvious they’re eating the food they’re making. It’s flu season, and watching someone gobbling fries and putting their fingers near their mouth is a huge health hazard—especially when customers can clearly see it happening. He wasn’t wearing gloves or anything sanitary, and during the full 15 minutes I waited, he never stopped chewing on something. I literally watched him eating fries while preparing food. This location definitely needs some serious improvement in staffing and training.
