  I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at Wendy’s. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was chaotic—employees were literally yelling at each other behind the counter, which made everything feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. It took an absurd amount of time just to get our food, and when we finally did, it was clear no one cared about quality. Fries were dumped straight into the bag instead of being put in the container, leaving everything greasy and crushed. It honestly felt like no effort was put into doing even the basics right. On top of that, the staff seemed completely disorganized, and one employee in particular, Erika, appeared overwhelmed and unable to keep things running smoothly. It really brought the whole experience down. Overall, slow service, poor food handling, and a stressful environment. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to anytime soon.

  I love wendys but this place needs to be closed. Went through drive thru and 3 times I repeated my super complicated order of a cheeseburger and fries and once more at the window to the Spanish speaking employee and still managed to get the wrong order and I was way overcharged. Came in for a refund and was given back about 4 dollars when I was owed more like 7 but I had to just go because it smells so bad inside. It's literally like a sewer. I cannot imagine eating inside I had to hold my breath and run for the door after being short changed. Avoid at all costs.

  Todays promotion directly from corporate said today allowed a frosty and fries. After coming in and waiting to get the offer. The manager angrily refused it and put up a sign that said it was only from 2-5. Corporate needs to investigate.

  The food was barely edible! This place has really went down hill !!! The kid that was working was described as "New" and it was very obvious! I'm not trying to be mean here, but I could barely hear him speak and when I could hear him I couldn't understand what he was saying ! All in all the only thing I would recommend is the Frosty!! They are always great 👍
