- CMCameron MitchellFeb 26, 20261.0there was one customer inside and i had a mobile order for 4:20, i came 5 minutes early and the worker was irritated that i was early. got home to about 3 toppings thrown on my sandwich.
- HCHolly CarringtonFeb 1, 20261.0One staff member behind the counter doing multiple pick up orders and a line piling up just to look over and see an employee on break watching everyone in the line. I decided to tip 20% for this girl working her tail off just for her to be rude as hell to me. I said I needed 4 meals, she tapped a bunch of buttons and told me my total. She started to walk off and I said, "Oh, um we need cookies." She sighed at me and said, "for next time, you need to say that before you pay or it ruins out inventory." Um... I'm sorry- isn't it your job to ask if the first place? No hello, no smiles, no patience, and definitely no sense of urgency. Won't be back here. Customer service = nonexistent nowadays.
