She asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They can't cancel or refund a mobile order at a local McD's...is it still '90s? Did we go back in time with technology?

- RFRyan FlahertyMar 20, 20264.0Standard McDonald's experience but we just had some confusion finding the front door! I think this was designed with the drive thru in mind. The door faces the frontage road but from the lot you don't know if you need to go right or left to find it if you didn't see it from the road. The kids play area is new and clean, plenty of seating when we were there on a Friday afternoon.
- DND NerMar 17, 20261.0Went here on Saturday around 3pm and they were closed. The girl at drive thru said they had a SEWAGE back up INTO THE RESTAURANT. Um yeah ewww the food and service was bad before but that’s literally so disgusting. And they’re just open serving food like it never happened.
