Service should be zero starts. This location is very poorly ran. Very undermanned so Food takes way too long. Last time they were out of ranch. At a Wingstop. Out of ranch. I’ve given 5-6 chances. Won’t be going anymore.

First let me say, the manager Karen is AMAZING! Best customer service ever! She really made me feel like a valued customer. I love my wings well done, extra crispy and this is the only location in Minnesota that made them to my liking. I just moved here from Dallas so I was disappointed with my wings too experienced until I visited this location. Huge shoutout to the staff especially Karen! Thanks so much for valuing your customers! It really means a lot.

This was my first time at Wingstop, and I’m genuinely impressed. I used to go to BWs, but I stopped after their treatment of LGBT+ people. Walking into Wingstop, I immediately felt welcomed.
My order was perfect — everything was hot, seasoned beautifully, and exactly what I asked for. The Cajun rub is incredible, and the corn was honestly amazing.
What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was positive and friendly, which is something you don’t always expect these days.
I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thank you, Wingstop!

Zero stars if I could I had an encounter with the general manager and she was absolutely rude I kindly asked if my food was done she proceeds to say “does it look like it ?” And after matching her energy she call police and lied saying I’m refusing to leave and etc and she was refusing my service after already paying I will never be eating at this specific location again just based off of how I was treated terrible consumer service from the GM.

I’ve been here a couple times since opening. I experienced the looooong waits everyone mentions but got smart on when to order and show up way after. Arrived today 10 mins after placing order assuming I’d have to wait which I was ok with but shockingly not only was it ready and hot., the attitude of the cashier was so positive compared to other visits. Then the apparently new manager was very excited and was telling me about her cute ideas for valentines date plans for the store. Her vibe was everything. Hopefully the manager change helps this location thrive.
