  I’ve lived in town for 6 years and have kids, so when we come through Wendy’s we usually have a pretty big order. It’s not super frequent, but every time we go, this location is reliable. It’s fast food, so you know what you’re signing up for, but this team consistently gets it right. The food is fresh, the orders are accurate, and the service is efficient. You can always tell when Rob is on drive through because he has a voice that sounds like it belongs on the radio or announcing a sports game. It makes the experience fun and memorable. The staff is diverse and friendly, and the same two managers have been there consistently running a tight ship. Rob deserves a raise. This location does fast food the right way.

  Drive thru staff/cook need training.the food was way off tasteing and the just overall lack of concideration.im not sure if ill be returning to this location.

  I've never been inside the Wendy's in Maple Grove, but I've been through the drive-thru two dozen times at all hours of the day, but usually late evening 9-11pm. Service is always perfect, food is always good as expected and never received a wrong item.

  Service at 6pm on a Tuesday was less than stellar. We waited at the counter to order for five minutes while the understaffed crew were busy with the drive thru. The manager came in with a bag from Target, ran to the back with it, then came back and took our order. The food was good, though the bland and bare dining room felt more like eating in some sort of institutional setting. It seems like they want to discourage people from dining in.
