    So, I did a mobile order through the app to go through the drive thru. I placed the order at 10:30 and I didn’t leave the drive thru until an hour later. When I got up to the speaker the lady gave me a heads up that it would be a 30 minute wait and I said okay but then she just immediately and rudely said, “What can I get for you?” Then after almost 30 more minutes of waiting I made it up to the window. She apologized for the wait but wasn’t the nicest. Then I got out of the drive thru and most of the food was cold. The tacos barely had any beef and were not warm. The only thing that was hot was the Cinnabon delights. Also their freeze machine was broken so then I had to get a different drink that probably wasn’t even the same price. If you want cold food I’d recommend going here :)

    they so worried about speed of service that they forget your food and they dont cut the quesadillas. yall should worry about getting all the food in the bag. whats the point of being fast if they forget the food🤦🏽‍♀️

    every now and then they may forget customizations with my mobile order but i go here just about every night for that 5$ box is the best taco bell around lbs.

    Placed order on the app. Checked in and proceeded to Wait 30 minutes when I arrived only to be told it'd be another 20 minutes. Needless to say I left without my food. 3 people staffed only 1 person doing any work.
