And it is always a huge wait for food no matter what time I go or how many people are in line. Today I placed my order (6am) and went to go pick it up and they still were not open. Said I could cancel the order in the app to get my refund and when I try it says they are already preparing my order so I cannot cancel and get my money back so i now have to wait until lunch for my order to automatically cancels before i will know if i get my money back. This mcdonalds is trash and has very poor management.

Didn’t wanna cook or wait for DoorDash so I placed a mobile order and headed to pick it up as they’re the closet to us.. first off attitude is terrible. “So what did you order” like isn’t it supposed to tell you since I placed it online.. wanted to avoid this hence why I placed it online. “You got a 20 piece nugget.. um ok” like why are we judging? I haven’t ate all day and almost went to bed hungry because the mood I’m in is horrible. Get to the window. No greeting nothing. My drinks are sitting there. Whatever. Got the order 10-15ish minutes later, baby now screaming in the car.. didn’t wanna even bother check it as they just shut all the lights off just headed home. To realize they forgot the cookies. I won’t waste my time again with this place. They never fail to mess up but today out of all days just was it for me. I wouldn’t have ordered so late as well if everything didn’t say they’re open till 3:30am. 😒
