The guy at the front did less than a scoop of rice and i heard everyone else continue to ask for more rice too. Then, the girl had airpods in and didn’t even look at me, and did everything way too quick and very messy. Before I even finished talking, she would say “what else” and again “what else”. She would slop or throw the scoop into the bowl, and end up putting too much. She also crushed the bowl to an unnecessary point, very quick and lazy. Super poor customer service. I also saw this girl put a vape pen in her pocket that a customer/friend handed her over the counter. Again, very unfortunate and unprofessional. She was short with black hair pulled back into one braid, with a hat on and airpods in. Working at 6pm on Wed, Feb 4th. When we were paying at the check register, that guy was not great either. He barely looked at us and was very short with us. This was sad because it was not very busy at the time, and i felt like i was being rushed out the door. My friend who was with me agreed that it was very messy and had poor customer service and not great food. Will not be coming back here. Just thought other people should know!
