- TTTuyetApr 4, 20261.0It took verryy long to get my order going through the drive thru, it was just for soup and a loaf of bread. There was a whole line of cars behind me because it took so long. In the end I didn't even get the right order. I called to let them know because i live outside of town. They said they will mail me 2 coupons....never received it.

And who in their right mind FREEZES CUCUMBERS. Ordered a salad (pictured) and the chicken & Cucumber was A solid block. Literally frozen solid. Highly recommend avoiding this Panera AT ALL COSTS. I paid $30 for salad with literal ice in it; don't be like me.

Lawrence, the cashier, truly made our visit memorable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind to my family, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Not only did he take our order with a great attitude, but he also helped get our meal together quickly and efficiently. His level of customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome and appreciated. This was hands down the best experience my family and I have ever had at a Panera. Employees like Lawrence make all the difference, and we will definitely be coming back because of it!
