When I told my disabled daughter that nobody was going to help us and we would have to go elsewhere we were chucked at and still they had no regard for the fact that she struggled to understand that it was open, we were there and that nobody would help us. Very rude and unwelcoming atmosphere. We won't be back.

The line wasnt even that long and we sat in line for at least 20 minutes just to order. Once we got to order we realized why it took so long ….. theres a fricking robot taking orders!!! SERIOUSLY !!!! ????? And the stupid thing couldnt even get the order right on the screen 🙄🙄 never again …… and on top of that the burrito i got was supremely subpar. Its fine and whatever but if you have AI doing one of the jobs at least make the humans make the food right.
