Only to have multiple items forgotten, the smaller items werent even wrapped in the bag. And rhe items thqt were, were all smashed and broken and not even edible. I dont know who needs to go but maybe more than 1 of the employees are disgruntled.

Our order from the kiosk didn’t go through to the kitchen for some reason and the staff looked on their end and didn’t see anything. Jeremy came out and helped us and insisted on taking our order in person. He was very apologetic and kind. My mom wanted to try something new but wasn’t sure if she would like it. Jeremy took the time to explain all the ingredients and options for substitutions/add-ons, etc. He didn’t act impatient or anything witch often happens in fast food settings, in my opinion. Jeremy brought out our food for us and even checked in on us to make sure everything was right. Thanks Jeremy for making our stop so pleasant!
