So I ordered through the subway app, picked up my sandwich which was made beyond messy, but the real issue is when I went to my car I was watched the manager pull out soda lids from the trash just to put them back for the next customer to grab… I’m terrified to eat out anymore

He even picked him up with gloves on then went back to making a sandwich. The child was standing on tables in the restaurant as well…… Everything I saw in that subway was disgusting. NEVER EAT HERE
- EMEricka Mata-CastilloOct 5, 20251.0I was there on 10/5/25 around 6:35pm to grab a 6inch sub at the end when the Indian guy was wrapping up my sub to finish he used his fingers instead of a knife to make sure the sub stayed in place. I asked him why not a knife and he said only on the foot long but we know he was being lazy to clean afterwards. The other girl was wearing pajama pants and her hair looked like it could fall into the food. Overall hygiene disgusting
- AAA AAug 8, 20251.0They would not honor the gift cards associated with my Subway account. According to their own website: "When you are ready to pay, select the 'Show Card' button in the App. It will give you a QR code to scan at the register." I did as directed, and they insisted that I could only "use $2 off", which they didn't even apply to my transaction. I had well over the total amount remaining in gift cards, and have used the QR code/egift cards without issue at other locations. Better off visiting the other Subways around town. The phone number won’t accept voicemails, and no one picks up — and no attempts to resolve this.
