  Went here i think yesterday. I had the guy make me a footlong I wanted to try the festive turkey. While it was toasting I paid for the sub the cashier then told the sandwich maker to “give it to him” in a very aggressively passive manner. The sandwich artist was kinda short with me the entire time he first assumed I wanted a 6in and I felt like I had to make the right choice with the sauces he kinda looked at me like there might be something wrong with the veggie prep area or something. While he was folding the sandwich to wrap it up, he coughed a bit over my sandwich then covered his mouth and turned to cough again. He put it in a bag and hostilely handed it to me with it pointing at my face to give it to me it. I paused myself took it said thanks and left. I got my car and put the bag in my passenger seat and before I even turn the car on, I could feel myself getting sick and just gross like like just dried snot nastiness and it was because of this bag that they gave me. I’m not exaggerating. I went home and then I thought about it for a second before because the cashier and the artist were both being very rude to me and they were justo. Test me and see about what I would do or say and I got my driveway and then right when I got in my driveway, I left again to go Return it I mean for my goodness this is like the third subway I had to go return my Sub in a week. I went inside after going home and coming back and I told him that was like hey man, I’m not gonna eat this. Can I get my money back and then the other cashier like the actual cashier not the artist asked me why and I was like well because the artist or the sandwich maker. My order and I could feel myself getting more sick when I got in the car. Then the maker came and started defending himself saying that he did not It was outrageous for me to accuse him Of doing such things I was like well dude I just saw you do it. I didn’t say this. To him, but I did say like no it is not totally outrageous for me to say this to you. So that’s when I was like yeah so I’m gonna throw this away and they were like oh no no please don’t we need that I was like no you don’t. This is disgusting. Nobody should be eating this. I’m throwing it away. I threw it away and the maker was like “alright, You can give them back his refund, but he isn’t welcome back here anymore.” And I said I wouldn’t come wasn’t gonna come back here anyways The Cashier apologized to me And I said it was OK, but I knew it was not because they both teamed up on me to ruin my Subway experience forever I didn’t know what to do at the time because I wasn’t welcome back there and I told him I Was going To talk to the manager That happened yesterday today’s today and I woke up like at 6:30 PM today and I like you know so but this morning I went to Casey’s at like 5:30 in the morning a.m. And the cashier there was on the phone with her son while I was checking out with my breakfast sandwich and this little guy sounded terrible so absolutely awful and even his mom was like you sound like you have pneumonia and I thought about it today after I woke up and stuff and it made me realize that Kaseys and the subway is right next to each other Like yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised if those two had anything in common about this sickness and how I felt about it after I left that I Did not eat the order that was contaminated. I should’ve reported this a lot sooner after seeing how sick people are getting right now.

  Great location! You don't have to beg them to actually make the sub significant! It turns out to be more than just bread!

  the young girl who was working the drive-thru window was very rude and obnoxious. I will never return to this subway again and I would highly recommend that no one else go there either. Would not listen to what we wanted on our three foot long subs. Just a horrible experience. She said sandwiches were made with certain things like tomatoes, etc... on them and I am allergic to tomatoes and I had to talk over her to tell her I did NOT want tomatoes.

  7th Street Subway in Rochester was 5 stars, a work of art. Perfect pickle amount and generous with fillings! It hit the spot!
