When I asked why the portion was so tiny, they said it was because of a “new policy.” At the same time, the prices have gone up, which makes the whole thing feel even more unreasonable. I asked for more chicken just to get the normal amount I’ve always received here before this supposed policy change. Instead of giving a standard portion, they charged me for triple meat, and I ended up paying $25 for one bowl. That’s completely unacceptable for what used to be a reliable, good-value meal. The atmosphere was fine, but the food portioning and the service around it were extremely frustrating. Unless this policy changes, I can’t see myself coming back.
