  So good! Drunken noodles were especially delicious! We also tried something new… the deep fried pork belly with lime sauce did not disappoint!

  The pho here...Its my favorite food. I get it to go and love it every time. My only complaint is its a little expensive (worth it.)

  My partner and I absolutely love Vietnamese food, but unfortunately there aren’t any restaurants in our area, so when we had to take a trip to Rochester we decided to take the opportunity to stop at Pho Chau. This little hole in the wall did not disappoint. We were seated immediately, drinks came out not even a few minutes later, and the food shortly after. Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We ordered the pho with brisket, spicy shrimp stir fried ramen, and cream cheese wontons. And for drinks, we had Thai tea with boba and a Vietnamese coffee. This restaurant is now a favorite spot and I look forward to exploring the menu further when we come back up to visit.
