    dirty. food was cold, very disappointing. it took forever to get 2 mac and cheese and a bagel.. yet one mac and cheese was cold?? they put it in the microwave in front of me and seemed to think this was exemplary service. will not be coming back

    Thank you so much because: the coffee was all made and ready to go there was plenty of sugar and cream. Even the ice coffee was full and the ice machine had ice cubes. This is such an improvement over last year. The staff is also much improved from 2023-2024. Highly recommend. Panera Eagan could learn a lot from this location.

    This is by far the SLOWEST panera I have ever been to. I don't know how many staff a normal Panera has but this one has 2 or 3 people in kitchen. It will take them on average 15 minutes to fill and order, so if you have just 3 people in front of the line, you are expecting to wait an hour. This is also not a one-time occurrence. The service is consistently slow. I am finally writing this review because this time it took them almost 2 hours to fill my order and there was only 5 people in front of me. This cannot possibly be acceptable. Whoever runs this location is incompetent and should not be allowed to manage analy more
