  The Jimmy John’s itself is great they always make good sandwiches never mess up my orders but do not ever under any circumstances get delivery from this place they never have a delivery driver so they use uber which is fine but what is not fine is me having to wait over an hour and a half since the order was placed to actually get a sandwich they need to figure this problem out because this has happened to me on multiple occasions and it’s not the employees fault at all but whoever is in charge clearly can’t do there job to find delivery drivers to work.

  This is the worst JJs we’ve ever ordered from and unfortunately it’s the closest to our house. More than once we ordered delivery (4 blocks) on the weekend and they say they don’t have their own delivery guys on the weekend so they use a third party BUT “their system” wouldn’t connect to the third party so our food is ready but it just sits there!! The first time we waited an hour and last Sunday we waited 20 minutes b4 I went and got it myself. Both times they never called me, the workers don’t have a clue I guess. Also both times they charged their dumb $5.50 delivery fee which they did not refund to me and the best part is that in neon letters on their front window it says “SERIOUS DELIVERY!!!”

  Food has been stolen twice now and refused to do anything but refund me which takes multiple business days do not trust location!

  Stopped by Jimmy John’s today because my kids wanted it. When we pulled up, one of the workers was smoking right in front of the entrance and blowing smoke toward the parking area. We went inside and immediately saw that same person go straight behind the counter without washing their hands or taking any hygiene steps. That was enough for us — we turned around and left. Really disappointing experience, and we won’t be coming back.
