This is not even the first time I had this kind of experience at dunkin. On top of that, she didn't even bother to warm up my chicken wrap! I get that everyone has bad days, but that doesn't give you the right to treat customers disrespectfully. If you're working in customer service, at least try to act like it. Super disappointing experience.
