I ordered them online to ensure the location i went to had the beans in stock. When I arrived I was told they dont have any in stock and that I would get store credit refunded to my app. The manager said she would refund it and left. I did not get a receipt or proof of the transaction.i also am not interested in store credit. If they didnt have my coffee I would have wanted my money refunded to me. I am not interested in driving to all the caribous in town hoping someone has my coffee.

The last two times I have gone through the drive-through, it’s been the same young gal. Her enthusiasm and joy to be running the window and interacting with me is super obvious. I can only imagine she leaves such a positive impression on everyone who visits. I don’t know her name, yet is worth recognizing. She ran the window 12/15 at 2:30pm ct.
