    They will sit there and lie to your face. I placed an order before 1120 and they close at midnight and they said my order cannot be completed because their kitchen closed at 11:30 but I ordered the food at 11:20 exact and I called at 11 PM before placing the order to see if their kitchen was closed. I called eight times. The first time I called, someone answered the phone and hurry up and hung up the phone And then after that when I called, no one else answered both locations didn’t answer my calls. I placed my order at 11:20 after calling eight times and then the system automatically pushed it to the next day even though the kitchen closes at 11:30 and their kitchen was still technically open. I will be speaking to a supervisor.

    Saw are waiter once. No refuel on drinks. Had to get up and get are own silverware and to go boxes. After that waited for about 10 minutes. Then I had to get back up to go ask for my check

    I don’t know how this place is still in business. Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant with multiple employees and no one sat me after minutes of being seen by three employees.

    Can't review the food. They sat us here with menus and we're sitting here 25 minutes before they bothered to take our drink order and that was only because my son called and got someone to answer since they were ignoring us in store. 15 minutes later, the bartender finally made his way over to take our order. So, a 40 minute wait before our order even got taken. We were giving them 5 more minutes before we were going to walk out cause thats ridiculous. If it wasn't my favorite restaurant that I cant get at home, we wouldn't have waited as long as we did. Two hostesses seated us then seemed to "forget" us. We're sitting right at the kitchen door, so wait staff has been ignoring us as well. Then my son's order was wrong. Poorest service I have ever got at BWW.
