  If you're at the Mayo Clinic and you want to find the best breakfast sandwich - follow the nursing staff. They know where to get the good stuff and that's at... Bruegger's Bagels. Had to wait in line (a good sign), but it was worth it. Great food!

  Brugger's in the Mayo subway is always our go-to destination. Theresa, the amazing manager is the reason we go there every time we visit the Clinic. She is so kind and always very welcoming. Her exceptional dedication to customer service and leadership skills are reflected in her wonderful employees.

  Love Brueggers Bagels! The bagels are always fresh and the sandwiches are amazing! They have a wonderful selection of both breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with a wonderful variety of bagels. Sandwiches are always made hot and fresh. The staff are super friendly, I know most of them by name. My favorite breakfast spot near Mayo Clinic.

  As a staff at Mayo clinic, I frequent this location down in the subway level of the Mayo building. The staff here is second to none, remember names of their customers, always has a smile – and the food is always excellent!

  Theresa and Andy as well as all the staff do a great job and not only are they hard working but they are so welcoming and friendly. The coffee is the best coffee in this area and the selection of bagels and food selection is outstanding. I highly recommend it! We go here every morning that we are at Mayo Clinic.
