  My daughter and I are gluten-free and dairy-free, so we get the gluten-free crust and no cheese and order extra sauce so it doesn't dry out. They do not seem to understand what extra sauce means. This would be 1 star, but my son's pizza is generally fine. The service has also gone down dramatically. There used to be someone at the window all the time and now I sit there for a long time before someone comes to help me.

  Twice I've ordered the Pacific Veggie pizza, and twice I've gotten a different pizza. Not acceptable.

  Ordered online, medium pepperoni with extra cheese and garlic sauce on the side, and a side of buffalo chicken wings and Parmesan bread bites. Our pizza was not ready on time but was somehow cold and stale, and did not come with the garlic sauce we paid for or the extra cheese. The buffalo wings were just plain chicken wings with no sauce whatsoever, the staff must have forgotten to put it on. The Parmesan bites were good though. Weird experience considering that there were like fifteen employees in the place and no customers.

  We did carry out. They were very busy, but very organized and professional. Food was excellent .
