- JMJon Mead1 day ago1.0sad day for dominos...Terrible experience. I ordered buffalo wings the other night and decided to pick them up in store. So I drove to get them and when I arrived the staff was goofing off and not being professional so I got my wings and drove home across town. When I got home I realized they weren't buffalo wings like I ordered they were regular wings. I called amd told the staff the issues(it was 1 am by this time mind you) so I told them the issues and the manager acted like he didn't believe me when I told him they weren't buffalo. He insisted I bring them back in. So I drove across town again and showed him and he said oh wow we forgot the buffalo sauce. The store closed at 1am I arrived at 110am and he still let me in the store which I'm sure is against policy. Anyway he made me more wings but didn't even offer anything extra for me driving all that way at 1am and the staff where joking about the mess up telling each other (15 push ups for that) (gotta work late for that) like it was a joke. The only joke was my experience. I'm so disappointed amd dissatisfied and not only where the first wings wrong but when I finally got my buffalo wings they whrre sogggy and fatty and grisly. And the refused to do anything about it. I asked for a refund but they said it was against store policy.... did dominos just loose a customer for life?

The machine doesn't automatically add zeros when you enter tip, and it doesn't make it obvious that if you type in one, it should mean $1 so I added zeros. It actually charged me $10 for a tip. Not what I meant to do. I caught it a week later and Cam said you have to manually type the decimal point, and then the zeros. I wonder how many people have missed that, and got charged extra not realizing it like it happened to me.
