  Made an order. My order was repeated to me and I confirmed. Drove up to get my food and the person at the window told me to pull up to the number 2 parking spot where I waited for my food for 10 minutes for a #1. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for food at Chik-fil-A. Most of the time, anywhere else, the most I have to wait on my order is about 1-2 minutes; max. On top of this, got home (10 minutes away) only to find out my order was incorrect. But the receipt on the bag, which is what I ordered, was correct. So instead of driving all the way back, I just settled for whatever they did give me. Pretty upsetting. Honestly, I won’t go back to that one.

  I rather just drive farther to the south location, ordering in the drivethrough multiple times and had negative experience each time .

  Food was excellent. The chicken is always good. The only problem was they were so busy. We had planned to dine in, but we're able to switch our order to carry-out when there was no where for our group of 8 to sit. The staff were accommodating of this.

  We went to the recently opened Chick-fil-A restaurant. We ate inside and placed our order at the counter. The employee was very friendly and helpful. She got out a little menu card and went over the sides that they have since we were having trouble seeing them while still being very cheerful. They bring the food out to you which is nice. When we were done a manager came by and took our tray and garbage away and offered to refill our drinks. She also was very friendly. Because the building is new it is in great shape. I almost forgot. The food is pretty good too especially the chocolate chip cookies.

  So this is hard for me to write because I love chick-fil-A normally but today I went there for breakfast.... I got the #1 ...... the hash browns were so greasy like I know hash browns are greasy but this was like it was flung straight out of the oil... and not shaken off or set to let the oil drip.... it was horrible then the sandwhich.... like the chicken biscuit is normally buttery and soft and the chicken is amazing as well at this location..... the biscuit was far from buttery or soft.... then I ordered iced coffee.... it was not mixed the syrup was several inches at the bottom all dark they did not mix..... so that was a shock to the system... also when you go to any other chick-fil-A it's my pleasure and the upmost respect and service this definitely was not that.... just so sad this is a new location right up the road from my house. Honestly though save your money and just go to the one way past the mall..... super upset I have to drive that far now to have real tasting Chick-fil-A.....
