He went above and beyond, however, close to the event by reaching out to the other Caribous and connected with the GM of the Rochester Subway caribou, Tamara. Not only was Tamara willing to open her store for an hour (it was closer to our event) but she had insulated containers that would keep the coffee warmer for hours. Both Andrew and Tamara worked on their day off to make 12 1/2 gallons of coffee and 2 1/3 gallons of hot water, all before 7:15 AM! I am grateful to both of them. Amazing customer service!
