It’s genuinely so disappointing and it’s crazy they are even still open. you pay for the food for them to forget half your order or freestyle it and hand out whatever. they don’t check who they are even giving the orders too they just want to get off the shift. Please save your time from coming here the amount of times i’ve lost money from them forgetting stuff or just not caring is actually ridiculous. This is the closet mcdonald’s I live next too so unfortunately I will continue too come but just always check your bag before pulling off!

Forget getting what you ordered through door dash. I have contacted customer service twice about this issue with no help.

- JSJoel SchneiderFeb 21, 20261.0We paid for our order in the app and selected to pick up in drive thru when we pulled through drive thru we gave them the code they said it was ready and showed up on screen and was told to pull to the next window. When we got to the next window it smelled like weed coming from inside and the lady said that there was no order for me there after repeating the code and the name it was under to her she still insisted that no such order was there she didn't do much herself she called the manager over but he was useless as well. I just left without my food because the staff seemed to not care and am asking for a refund.
