    Worst service ever! Took 2 hrs 10 min to get my food. Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:30, app showed it was on the way at 7 but took 40 min to get here. I live 10 min away. The woman "Manager" I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Said it was on the way and nothing she could do. The man I spoke with after delivery to complain the pizza was cold left me on hold for 15 min before I gave up to put my kids to bed. Never again!!

    I get it's new years day, but I took 2 hours for cold pizza. We had to call 3 times to get updates with the only answer is it on the way. Will never use them again. I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from them. Would give less then one star if I could.

    Ordered food to crystal mn. Delivery driver did not use crystal zip code. Called asking where my food is, was told delivered, but they would send me another one. Waiting an hour since order was in, no pizza. Called back to the store and they said the delivery driver just got back and delivered it. They didnt want to refund me but said they would. 2 weeks have gone by and I call about my refund. They stated nothing was issued and its been so long they need a manger to look but it is our busy time and he will have to call you back in 2 to 4 hours. I recommend pick up not delivery. This place use to be good not sure what has changed.

    take that extra couples miles to the next location. this location is not worth the “convenience” to you. they are so rude and inconvenient, will make you wait well past your intended pickup time.
