I called asked if they were open and tried to explain that they should turn their Uber eats off, but before I could even finish my sentence I got hung up on. I then tried to call back and nobody answered.

Got my order, asked the woman at the drive thru to double check because they often forget. She looked in the bag, looked my dead in my eye and said yes. There was a 1 bbq sauce. Not even the right sauce. I called to the store to talk to the manager about, because it is frustrating. She legit hung up on me. I get that they don’t have to care and it may not be a big deal. But when you pay $27 for a basic meal. But to a 4 year old who wanted her sauce, It is a big deal! At least pretend like you care!

Corporate was not able to honor the offer I requested to remedy the missing 🍟 from my order 2 months ago without multiple tasks performed by me as proof of who what where when why AND HOW? back to my caved in ban... I will be back to Mickey's Donald and the personnel people there will probably have a spare bag of fries 🍟 for me quicker than the impersonal imperial imps@the castle.

Attitude because I didn’t have a receipt but window #1 didn’t give me a receipt to my order placed via McDonald’s app. Make it make sense. Placed the order at 5:37pm and was back at the restaurant by 6:10pm only to be met with terrible attitude from manager and window attendant when they made a mistake at their job. I couldn’t submit a proper comment/complaint because they didn’t give me my receipt so I don’t have the store or order number.
