The person taking my order thought it was amusing that I asked for someone that spoke English, I didn't think it was funny at all. Is McDonald's being so cheap that they can't afford to pay people that actually speak proper English? or is it that this chain fast food restaurant just doesn't give a damn about who they hire

After five minutes they tell me that I have place the order at another McDonald. I show them clearly that I’m suppose to be at this address and that the app say my order is done but yet they have no clue where it is and that I’m suppose to goto another McDonalds with the same address that does not exist. Manager comes in and say why Im angry. I tell her they keep telling me that it doesn’t exist and goto another McDonald’s with the same address. I told her does that sound right, clearly that’s why I’m frustrated. She then proceeds to say that she just walked into the conversation, I can understand that. If that’s the case maybe ask why your employees are advising some one to goto another McDonald’s with the exact address that the customer is standing at. I understand that they had large morning staff that may or may not have a language barrier, but they also lacked common sense. Why do we consistently pay more to get less help. This is really bad that McDonald’s is a huge inconvenience to go to. Wasting 30 mins to get one ice coffee and leaving this horrid review.
