  I had a really disappointing experience at the Richfield Taco Bell, and it’s honestly one of the worst fast food visits I’ve had in a long time. First off, the food quality was terrible. My order came out cold, like it had been sitting there for a while before being handed to me. The tacos were soggy, the shell was stale, and everything just tasted off. Even the ingredients didn’t seem fresh, which is frustrating because Taco Bell is usually at least consistent, even if it’s not high-end food. This was below even basic expectations. On top of that, the customer service made things even worse. The employees were rude and dismissive from the start. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by placing an order. When I tried to ask a simple question about my food, I got short, unhelpful responses and a clear lack of effort to fix anything. There was no sense of professionalism or care at all. The most frustrating part of the visit was the bathroom situation. The restroom was locked, and when I asked if I could use it, I was told no without any real explanation. It seemed like it was intentionally being kept closed to avoid letting customers use it, which is pretty unacceptable—especially for a place serving food. If you’re going to operate a restaurant, basic amenities like a restroom should be available to paying customers. Overall, between the poor food quality, the rude service, and the refusal to allow restroom access, I won’t be coming back to this location. There are plenty of other Taco Bell locations and fast food options nearby that do a much better job. I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else if you want decent food and even halfway respectful service.

  Messed up my order and gave me a ground beef taco instead of a black bean one. I’m so disappointed. I’m glad i checked before eating it since I’m a vegan and allergic to beef.

  When you arrive at the cash register, I had to wait and wait. Then all of a sudden one of the employees come but to check himself out and doesn't even ask if we need help. Very poor customer service.
