    am writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at a Subway location regarding both customer service and how a situation was handled by the manager on duty. I visited the store to purchase food and had valid coupons to use—one for each sandwich, as I was ordering for two different people. The coupons clearly allowed for a sandwich, drink, and chips for a set price. However, the manager refused to honor the coupons without providing a valid explanation, stating only that he was the manager and could make whatever decision he wanted. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I questioned the reasoning and explained that there were no restrictions stated on the coupons, his attitude became increasingly rude and disrespectful. Due to this, I decided to proceed with only one order instead of two. At that point, the manager took the second sandwich and threw it in the garbage in front of me, then blamed me for “wasting food,” even though I did not discard it. This entire interaction was frustrating and unacceptable. I expect better customer service, clearer communication, and more respectful treatment—especially from someone in a management position. I hope this matter is addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
