An attractive young man helped me though the drive thru and he was so pleasant. His energy added to my spirits. I appreciate the service and the breakfast. I wish my local Panera in Burnsville was on this level of service and quality. 💫

Very rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The staff member does not know how to read and repeatedly gives me the wrong information. If your staff can’t do their job, get different staff. Do better, Panera bread.
