On multiple occasions, I have observed that delivery orders are handed to drivers without tamper-evident seals or secure packaging. This creates a risk for food safety, order tampering, and customer dissatisfaction. Properly sealing delivery orders is an important standard practice to protect both the customer and the restaurant’s reputation.
Failing to seal orders not only puts customers at risk but may also violate DoorDash’s food safety and delivery guidelines. As a result, it can lead to complaints, refunds, and loss of trust in your establishment.
I respectfully request that management address this issue immediately and ensure that all future delivery orders are securely sealed before being handed off to drivers.

Call them to let them know that they got my order completely wrong and to see what can be done about it. The Hispanic person on windows on the night of 02/04/25 and took my order at 8:46pm acted like a TODDLER when I called back to let them know of their simple mistake. I understand how you can mix up junior bacon cheeseburgers with a regular junior cheeseburgers, however, I don't understand how you can mix up sweet & sour with sweet chili. Staff needs to be retrained on windows ASAP because that was highly unprofessional. Also for having supposedly 4 other people with headsets on that couldn't sit hear that simple mistake, it's astonishing.
