The guy taking the order repeated no cheese, "no cheese" appeared on the screen, and "no cheese" appeared on the receipt stapled to the bag when it was handed to me after I was told to pull into one of the waiting spaces, so the message was clearly received. I can't stand McDonald's cheese and won't eat it, but didn't discover this until I got home and didn't have time to go back. Wasted my time and money.
