  Love giordano’s from Chicago! Drove a bit of a way to get it only to drive all the way back and there was no fresh garlic on my pizza! Disappointed!

  10/10 This Is our family's go to Pizza place! The Pizza is so good.The employees are always so awesome helpful and nice! They're deep dish is good, but they're thin crust Pizzas are always excellent.Definitely worth a try if you haven't been here!!

  Visit Giordano’s to try their Deep Dish Pizza . Order the double pepperoni and it was delicious, the cheese was great and even with all that pepperoni it want greasy. I would recommend to call ahead and order the Deep Dish since it takes 40 minutes cook time. Highly recommended Giordano’s it was a delicious experience.

  Still as fantastic as I remember it from back in the day. Got the standard cheese deep dish and it's still delicious. Great staff, order and wait time we're quick and pizza looked good when I picked it up. Definitely coming back again soon!!!

  Giordanos is overrated in my opinion. If you like bland flavor, dry crust and lukewarm pizza this is the place for you. The mistakenly charge me a $19 dish, but accidents happen and I caught it before paying for something I never ordered. I would say the worst part was all people in the party was in the bathroom immediately after getting home. I would say their food handling/prep could’ve drastically improve so it’s safer for my family and I. ******* My email response to Giordanos 2/1/2026: To whom it may concern, I wrote my google review to alert the establishment and future customers of my family’s experience because we do not wish to experience this again. The food flavor was okay and pizza was lukewarm, but the sickness that followed it was horrible. By the time we got home we were sick in the bathroom and then we were bed ridden for the rest of the day. Not to mention we were charged for a dish we never ordered which is a human error, but just adds to the experience we had. The left over food went to the trash and honestly Giordanos won’t get our money again at the Richfield location. It’s not worth the feeling my family felt. I would review if your staff is following food safety protocols because we have never experienced this before eating at a restaurant. 20 minute drive home after eating at the Richfield Giordanos and we all shared the toilet after being served your food. We were first time customers trying to celebrate a birthday. It’s gross and won’t be back. Please do better. Please look out for your patrons.
